Description

A broad-spectrum vaginal antiseptic gel that helps eradicate bacterial, fungal, and mixed infections, and promotes a healthy vaginal environment.Indications:- Acute or chronic vaginitis and vulvovaginitis.- Bacterial vaginosis and mixed microbial infections.- Fungal infections such as candidiasis.- Trichomonas infections.- Pre- and post-operative vaginal cleansing.Main Active Ingredient:- Povidone-iodine (10%).Precautions:- For intravaginal use only, avoid use if you have iodine hypersensitivity or thyroid conditions.- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by a healthcare professional.- Prevent intentional pregnancy during therapy (due to spermicidal effect).- Discontinue use if irritation, burning, or allergic reaction occurs.Side Effects:- Occasional mild burning, itching, or redness.Drug–Drug Interactions:- Lithium.- Antithyroid medications.- Radioactive iodine procedures.
